When does my year or two start?
Your year or two starts when you activate the plan in your workspace.
How do monthly limits reset?
Included limits reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. A full allowance is available in the first partial month. During your plan, paid usage and add-ons outside the included package receive 30% off the whole invoice. After the plan term, normal rates apply unless a contribution-based discount is confirmed.
Does the plan renew?
No. We'll remind you before your plan ends so you can decide whether to continue.
Can I request a refund?
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of activation. The refund details are linked below.
