What you'll achieve
Workspace owners can verify charges and update billing without changing support data.
Review subscription and invoices
Open Settings > Workspace > Billing.
Review the active plan, renewal state and any optional add-on.
Open an invoice for its amount, tax details and payment status.
Use the payment-method action to open the secure customer portal when an update is required.
Check conversation packages
The EUR 13 monthly base includes the first 300 accepted conversations.
After 300, every started package covers up to 1,000 additional accepted conversations: 301-1,300 is one package and 1,301-2,300 is two.
The first 10 packages cost EUR 15 each. Later packages receive the lower progressive rates shown on the pricing page.
The closed month's package charge appears with the next monthly renewal.
