Translate without replacing the original
Translation is a reading and drafting aid. It does not change the stored customer message, the conversation language or the approved source used by an AI answer.
Check names, amounts, dates and policy terms against the original before sending. If the result changes the meaning, keep the original visible and rewrite the draft manually.
Hover a message and choose Translate, or choose Translate draft beside the reply composer.
Check the automatically detected source language, correct it when needed, choose any available target language, then choose Translate.
Review the result before sending. Translating a draft replaces only the unsent draft. The stored customer message is never changed.
