You see a translation while the original message or draft stays unchanged.
Translate without replacing the original
Hover a message and choose Translate, or choose Translate draft beside the reply composer.
Check the automatically detected source language, correct it when needed, choose any available target language, then choose Translate.
Review the result before sending. Translating a draft replaces only the unsent draft. The stored customer message is never changed.
