Schedule one focused notice
Open Settings > AI & Automation > Support notices and choose Create notice.
Choose the placement, audience, short title and body. Add an action only when its link gives customers a useful next step.
Set the start and end time, save, then check delivery, view and click metrics after the notice becomes active.
